Printing Costs Policy
The information and forms available on this website are free. They are not for sale.
The cost an organization charges you to print the information and forms—at their facility, using their equipment—is a printing cost and is not considered a cost of sale.
The organization is not selling you the information and forms.
The cost is to allow that organization to recoup the reasonable and necessary cost of printing the information and forms themselves. Such costs include but are not limited to the costs of paper, ink, and machine maintenance.
The following organizations are expressly allowed to charge a reasonable and necessary fee for printing information and forms at their facility using their equipment.
