Zoom on iPhone: How to Upload Documents in Zoom

Information on your court’s file-sharing procedures can be found in your notice of hearing, your court’s local rules, or by contacting your court coordinator.
How do I share a document in Zoom outside of a meeting?
Note: In order to share documents via Zoom’s software, the in-meeting file transfer capabilities must be activated.
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
- Tap the Meet & Chat
tab.
- Tap the contact, group-chat, or channel you want to share the file with.
- Tap the plus button.
- Tap
Send a File and then tap the file sharing service. A webpage will open for this service.
- Tap Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Zoom to access your account.
You will see a web page with your files. - Select the file you want to share.
Note: If you're sharing a SharePoint file, you need to select the SharePoint site before viewing the file directory. - In the bottom panel, select one of the following sharing options:
- Anyone in your organization: Only members in your organization can click the link to view or download the file.
Note:- If you're sharing a Google Drive file, enter your organization's domain.
- If you're sharing a OneDrive and SharePoint file, this option is only available for work or school accounts.
- Anyone with the link: Anyone with the link can view or download the file.
- Anyone in your organization: Only members in your organization can click the link to view or download the file.
- Tap Choose.
The file's permissions will change so that others can access it. - When prompted by your browser, tap the option to open Zoom. Zoom will post a link to the shared file. Contacts in the chat can click or tap the link to open a browser and view the file in the third-party file sharing service.
Note: By sharing the file, you are changing the file permissions in the third-party file sharing service. If you no longer want to share a file and need to revert permissions, sign in to your third-party file sharing account.
How do I share a document during a meeting?
Sharing a document during a meeting using the chat feature is not available on mobile devices. But, you can share a file during a meeting through screen sharing.
- Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
- Start or join a meeting.
- Tap Share in the meeting controls.
- Select the file sharing service you want to share from. A webpage will open for this service.
Note: Sharing from SharePoint is not currently supported on the mobile app. - Click Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Zoom to access your account.
You will see a web page with your files. - Select the file you want to share.
- In the bottom panel, select one of these sharing options:
