All documents you want to file with the court must be filed with the District Clerk’s Office through e-filing, in person, fax, or by mail.

All motions must include a Certificate of Conference stating you made an effort to resolve the motion with all other parties and lawyers before filing.

Parties must provide two courtesy copies of all pleadings and accompanying exhibits to the Court (one for the Judge, and one for the Court Reporter). Parties must also give written notice to all parties stating the specific documents that were provided.
