All documents you want to file with the court must be filed with the District Clerk’s Office through e-filing, in person or by mail.

All motions must include a Certificate of Conference stating you made an effort to resolve the motion with all other parties and lawyers before filing. All motions and responses should also include a proposed order.

How is evidence submitted to the court before a virtual hearing? Expand Collapse

Everything must be filed with the Clerk prior to the hearing.

Local Court Procedures require you to number exhibits, not letter them. You are also required to prepare a list for the court and another list for the court reporter. Lastly, you should have a thumb drive of the exhibits for the court reporter.

No. All jury trials are held in person only. Contact the Court for any exceptions.
