Yes. Bexar County Courts operate on Zoom. Parties to the suit can appear in-person by filing a Zoom waiver.

All Fiats or Orders setting hearings on Motions, injunctions, receiverships, etc., shall be set by the Presiding Judge. This means you will have an appointed time to appear before the judge.

Bexar County Court 13, as part of the presiding criminal docket, will hold all non-jury hearings via Zoom, unless the parties submit a Zoom waiver. You can contact the court coordinator to request or arrange the Zoom information.
