Yes, motions and non-jury matters will be conducted via Zoom. Bexar County Courts operate on Zoom. Zoom settings are subject to the court's discretion.

You will also receive the virtual court information in your notice setting hearing.

All Fiats or Orders setting hearings on Motions, injunctions, receiverships, etc., shall be set by the Presiding Judge. This means you will have an appointed time to appear before the judge. 

If you are having errors problems your trial setting, contact the court coordinator at (210) 335-2231. 

All non-jury civil matters will be conducted via Zoom, subject to ordering in-person hearings or non-jury trials on a case-by-case basis. You can contact the court coordinator to request or arrange the Zoom information. 

Bexar County uses Odyssey to manage cases. Contact your court coordinator for more information on the submission of evidence.
