For Veterans, Dependents and Surviving Spouses only

Through a FREE one-on-one Video Chat, attorneys will provide free legal advice** to walk-in clients at the Hood County Courthouse.

Occurs Every 4th Friday of Each Month (except certain holidays) from 9am - 11am*

  • Divorce
  • Custody issues
  • Consumer law
  • Protection from violence and abuse
  • Transfer on Death Deeds
  • Expunctions and Non-disclosures
  • Health Benefits (social security, SSDI, etc.)

No appointment necessary, however, those who register prior to the day of the clinic will have first priority

Please bring any paperwork that may be pertinent to your case such as DD-214, Divorce Decree, Parental Orders, etc.
