Texas RioGrande Legal Aid’s (TRLA) Veterans Advocacy Project (VAP) hosts a legal clinic for eligible veterans*, widows and spouses of veterans, and current service members to speak with a lawyer about their civil legal needs including housing evictions, HUD-VASH, Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), SNAP/food stamps, Medicaid, VA benefits, wills & probate, advance directives, and much more!

Event Overview

SA Veterans Day at Hemisfair is a celebration honoring veterans who have served in the United States Armed Forces. San Antonio is proud to be known as Military City USA® with many of their residents having served in times of peace and war.

SA Veterans Day at Hemisfair will honor their veterans of today and tomorrow with live entertainment and fun, interactive activities for the whole family. Veteran-embracing organizations and businesses will be present to offer resources and services, and attendees will enjoy activities for people of all ages and abilities.

The fourth annual SA Veterans Day at Hemisfair will take place on Saturday, November 9.
