Event Overview

This transfer on death deed (TODD) clinic is available to all Houston residents who need information and assistance with preparing a TODD. All participants must attend Part I: Information Session in order to receive a free TODD. Part II will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm. During Part II, you will receive a free 30-minute legal consultation, which includes a review of your TODD. There will also be free notary services and the ability to record your deed with the Harris County Real Property Department.
