Event Overview

The Veterans’ Legal Advice Clinic provides limited legal advice and counsel to low-income Veterans on various civil and administrative issues, including:

• Housing issues: Tenant disputes, repairs, or security deposit returns.
• Employment concerns: Requests/denials of disability accommodations.
• Family matters: Child support, divorce, and custody issues.
• Financial problems: Tax disputes, mortgage concerns, or consumer issues.
• Criminal record relief: Expunctions and non-disclosures.
• Veterans-specific concerns: VA benefits and Military Discharge Upgrade actions.

Please Note: The clinic cannot assist with criminal charges, traffic tickets, personal injury cases, or workers’ compensation claims.

Eligibility:
Services are available only to low-income applicants.
