Is your criminal history dragging you down? Has it stopped you from getting a better paying job or renting a house? You may qualify to get your criminal history cleared by an expunction or nondisclosure.

Applicants must be financially eligible to obtain free help, but all who need assistance are encouraged to apply.

If your criminal history is outside Dallas County, criminal history records must be provided to Legal Aid before your eventual appointment date.
