Eligibility Guidelines:

Applicants must be financially eligible to obtain free help, but all who need assistance are encouraged to apply.

Intake (Application) Schedule
To apply for services, please call our office Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
