Denton Co. Wills Clinic

Event Overview

The Denton County Wills Clinic will assist financially eligible residents with creating a will. Attendees will be given an intake form prior to the clinic and will execute their will the day of the clinic.

Applicants within 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines can receive direct legal representation for their estate plan.

Applicants above 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines can receive legal assistance from volunteer attorneys not associated with our organization.
