Child Custody During the Holidays: Spring Break & Summer Election
This is a virtual-only event.
Event Overview
Non-custodial parents will work with attorneys to create holiday parenting schedules based on their possession orders. Attorneys will also provide access / visitation, modification, and enforcement information. The clinic is open to all non-custodial parents — including those who do not have a standard order.
This clinic is free of charge.
Summer Election. Non-custodial parents can choose when they get their children over summer break if they notify the custodial parent by April 15, 2022. This is called the ‘summer election.’
