Smith County Courthouse - Law Library

The Smith County Courthouse - Law Library staff can direct pro se litigants to materials that might be helpful. The Smith County Law Library is a research library; books and materials may not be taken out. 

Smith County Law Library staff cannot assist patrons with filling out legal forms, but the library does have some materials available for pro se litigants.  The library does not have an attorney on staff and, therefore, cannot review pleadings, give legal advice, or research a case.

The library is open to the public, Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 5 PM.
