Partner Overview
Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA) provides 68 Southwest Texas counties' residents free civil legal services. It represents migrant and seasonal farmworkers throughout the state and six other southern states.
TRLA attorneys specialize in many practice areas—including family, employment, foreclosure, bankruptcy, disaster relief, subsidized housing, farmworker rights, civil rights, immigration, and environmental law. Texas RioGrande Legal Aid's service area covers one-third of the entire US/Mexico border.

Eligibility Guidelines and Process
Clients generally must be at or under 125% to 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. This is measured based on your gross household monthly income versus your household size.
