You can meet with the Reference Attorney if your case is:
- A simple family law case, such as divorce, custody, child support, modification or name change; and
- Agreed (all parties agree on all issues involved in the case) or default (one party does not respond after being officially served); and
- A Montgomery County case; and
- Neither party has a lawyer.
