Services Provided
The courthouse information booth, can and does assist pro se litigants in filling out forms and if necessary providing appropriate referrals. This service is primarily for family law cases.
Pro Se Litigants are people who go through the court system without an attorney representing them.
The Courthouse information booth is staffed by a licensed attorney.
To be Eligible for Services, you must:
(1) reside in Harris County,
(2) have household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and
(3) have limited assets.
This is an "In Person" service. Help is NOT provided over the phone.
