Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center

The ​​Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center (DCDRC) is a public service, not a private-sector mediation practice. Cases are being referred from the Civil District Courts, Family District Courts, County Courts at Law, Probate Courts, and Justice of the Peace Courts. Only cases in which the parties truly cannot afford mediation services will be referred to this program by the Courts. The DCDRC was established to address an unmet need for the citizens/residents of Dallas County. This in-house program is offered as a service to the public and in no way competes in the private market.

The office is staffed Monday through Thursday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM.
