Catholic Charities of Central Texas provides low-cost, high-quality legal representation in immigration matters. The Immigration Legal Services program has experienced attorneys and legal support staff to help with most immigration-based needs.

This program is the largest family-based immigration legal services program in Central Texas. Services include: 

• Family-based Immigration legal services
• Removal defense
• Permanent Resident Card Replacement or Renewal
• Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
• Visas for victims of crime & human trafficking
• Naturalization
• Asylum
• Asylum

The office is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM.
