Catholic Charities Archdiocese of San Antonio - Guardianship Services Program

The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide for the needs of the community through selfless service under the sign of love. Committed to empowering individuals and families with the goal of fostering independence, we provide over 40 bilingual and culturally sensitive programs in 19 counties which comprise the Archdiocese of San Antonio, without regard to gender, race, creed, religion, disability, national origin, or socioeconomic status.

They provide legal guardianship protection, including less restrictive alternatives such as financial, medical and living wills for those who lack mental capacity due to age, illness, or disability and who are at risk of abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation.

They also offer powers of attorney for those with sound mental capacity.
