The Austin Tenants’ Council protects tenants’ rights and educates the community on fair housing.

The In-House Counseling Program provides counseling and reference resources to clients in need of more in-depth information. For appointments, call: (512) 474-7006.

The Telephone Counseling Line: (512) 474-1961 provides education and information regarding residential tenant-landlord disputes.

The Online Counseling Program provides education and information regarding the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords. Fill out the online intake form to be contacted by an advocate.
