Ending Employer Withholding for Child Support

If you want to stop child support from being withheld from your paycheck by an employer because child support is no longer ordered you can: 

Use these forms if you and the other party want to file the court papers together:

 

  1. Agreed Motion to Terminate Withholding for Child Support
     
  2. Agreed Order to Employer to Terminate Withholding for Support

Or, use these forms if you want to file the court papers yourself and then give the other party legal notice of the case:

  1.  Petition to Terminate Withholding for Child Support
     
  2. Waiver of Service or Answer to Petition to Terminate Withholding for Child Support
     
  3. Order to Employer to Terminate Withholding for Support
