A protective order is a court order that can protect you from someone who has been violent or threatened to be violent.   The interactive interview, at the link above, will help you create the forms you will need to get a Protective Order in Texas.  At the end of the interview, you will be able to print your form, and will also receive instructions on how to file your forms in court.
