Texas Wesleyan Law Clinic provides legal representation for indigent clients in the areas of Social Security & SSI Disability and family law issues for victims of domestic violence or involving children at risk of abuse or neglect.

Law students, with a Third Year Bar Card, represent clients in administrative hearings and appeals, under the supervision of licensed attorneys.
- Emergency Instructions
What is an Emergency? If a qualified applicant has received Notice of Hearing from ALJ, we will write a letter for the claimant to take the hearing, asking for a postponement to enable us to represent the person. Tha ALJ's have been receptive to such postponements.
