Who We Are

Sponsored by Lutheran Ministries and Social Services of Waco, the Legal Assistance Project provides paralegals, trained legal advocates, forms, and printed information to persons representing themselves in court. The primary focus is on family law cases such as divorce and child custody. The Project also sponsors a series of free "Senior Law Forums" to educate seniors and caregivers about advance care planning. Service areas are McLennan County and surrounding counties but they will assist any Texas resident over the phone or in their Waco office.
