Equal Justice Center (Austin)

The Equal Justice Center provides legal assistance to help low-income working people recover unpaid wages and correct related employment problems, including:  Employers' failure to pay the compensation promised; Failure to pay overtime pay; Payment of less than minimum wage; Unfair deductions from wages; and Unfair termination for workers complaints.  The EJC assists low-income workers regardless of their immigration status.
