Full Legal Representation- only after complete investigation of charge, cause is found, conciliation fails, and approval/authority is granted fron EEOC Headquarters. Self-Help Materials- May be obtained from the EEOC website. Other- Government agency providing employment discrimination investigation services and, at their discretion, legal follow up
