The Immigration & Legal Services Department (ILS) of Catholic Charities provides a broad range of immigration counseling and representation to immigrants and their families, including representation for immigrants in removal proceedings and immigrants detained in the Rolling Plains Regional Jail and Detention Center in Haskell, Texas. |
